Our framework is linear and simple and it's designed to be that way!

We have four (4) roles in the United Gaming Federation. These are:

1. Recruit [Recruit]
2. Member
3. Admin [Admin]
4. Recruiter [Recruiter]
5. Clan Commander [Commander]

It's important to note that each role comes with certain privileges and responsibilities. Please take a moment to read about each of the roles below.

RECRUIT: is a person that fulfills the entry requirements of the group and applies. The person shows a desire to join the group and can then wear recruit tags. The recruit wears -=UGF=- tags but remains in recruit status for a minimum of 14 days or no later than the next members announcement day. New member announcements are made on the 30th of every month. This time can be extended as seen necessary by the company commanders. The Recruit is seen in TeamSpeak with a [Recruit] in their description next to their name.

MEMBER: is a person that has successfully gone through his/her recruit period and has shown clear interest in the group through personal activity in and out of game while also adhering to the rules and policies of the group. He/she maintains a positive attitude and works to build and maintain a strong image of the -=UGF=- throughout the community and especially in the servers. The member wears his/her group tags proudly and aims to play games (sponsored and supported) with integrity and honor, including recruiting new people to the group. The member does not have any mark in TeamSpeak and is recognized easily by their -=UGF=- tags and game name.

ADMIN: is a -=UGF=- member that is of good standing and is seen to be a trustworthy and responsible individual in and out of game. The admin polices the servers and enforces server rules where deemed necessary. An admin can be an admin of the forums, TeamSpeak (our communication tool), the game servers, or all of the above. The United Gaming Federation admin guidelines are developed by the admin team for each sponsored game that -=UGF=- offers. The admin is seen in TeamSpeak with an [Admin] in their description next to their name.

RECRUITER: is a -=UGF=- member who acts to bring new people to the United Gaming Federation. He/she works the recruitment tool on the website as well in the game servers of their specific company. Additionally, recruiters are responsibile to discuss with guests in the Lobby channel of our Team Speak communications tool when they arrive and await assistance. The recruiter should have a clear understanding of -=UGF=- and how its system works so as to be able to provide all necessary answers to bring the new player closer to making a decision to join the group. The recruiter is seen in TeamSpeak with an [Recruiter] description next to their name.

CLAN COMMANDER: is a -=UGF=- member that is a servant to the group and is a member of good standing within the United Gaming Federation. The Commander is someone who willingly steps up above and beyond the majority and ensures the group's direction, vision and functionality is maintained. Each commander is seen in TeamSpeak with a [Commander] in their description next to their name.
Clan commander Duties
-Clan commanders are founders and ultimately the ones that have the final say.
-Clan commanders develop and maintain the direction and functionality of the clan.

New Clan commanders by invite ONLY and a 100percent vote from all other clan commanders for acceptance.
-we would need to see activity, primarily in forums.
-we would need to see mature behavior.
-we would need to see sound decision making.
-we would need to see a long term commitment to the group.

Removing Clan Commanders
-For whatever reason a Clan commander has become in-active and is not contributing to discussions a Clan Commander can be removed with a 100percent vote, negating his own.
